Parent Wellbeing
You are a parent, but you are still you.
Parenthood can change so much about your life, your identity and the way you see yourself.
Whether you are navigating the emotional impact of a difficult birth, NICU, premature parenthood, the demands of everyday parenting or simply feeling like you have lost touch with yourself, you deserve space too.
Through creativity, reflection and connection, Pumpkin & Sweetpea creates supportive spaces for parents to pause, process and reconnect with themselves.
You do not have to put yourself last all the time.
Why This Matters to Me
My own experiences of premature birth, NICU and motherhood have shaped the work I do today.
I know how much parenting can change your life and your sense of identity. I also know how easy it can be to focus so completely on caring for your children that you forget that you need care and support too.
Pumpkin & Sweetpea was created to provide spaces where parents can pause, reflect and feel supported — without judgement and without the pressure to have everything figured out.
You don't have to be a perfect parent.
You are allowed to be a person too.
Who Is This For?
You are a parent who feels overwhelmed, disconnected from yourself or simply in need of some space to pause.
Perhaps you are navigating a challenging parenting experience, processing something that has happened or finding yourself wondering:
“Who am I now?”
You do not need to have a specific problem or experience to benefit from taking time for yourself.
Sometimes, you simply need a moment to breathe.
