Holistic Creative Therapy

Creative therapy uses art and expressive activities to help people explore emotions, reduce stress, and build self-awareness. Through creative processes like drawing, music, or movement, individuals can express feelings that are hard to put into words, supporting emotional recovery, resilience, and personal growth.

Please note this is non clinical and I cannot diagnose or treat.
